初審 Preliminary oral defense
- 博士班學生初審請自行安排，需於入學第三學年結束前完成初審。 (列印口試表格A)。Ph.D students download form A
- 碩士班學生向系辦申請辦理，申請截止日依當年度系辦公告。 (列印口試表格B，初審在職專班以技術報告替代論文申請表、技術報告成果共有人同意書)。MS students download form B
- 112學年度碩士班／碩士專班初審作業 Announcement of the Preliminary Exam of Master Thesis(2023 Academic Year) (2023.6.5)
終審Graduate degree qualifying exam
- 線上申請並繳交指導教授推薦函 (列印口試表格C)，博士班須通過資格審查(博士班畢業資格審查暨學位口試推薦表)。 Online Application & Submit "Recommendation Letter by Thesis Advisor" (Download form C ). Ph.D students must pass "Doctoral Student Graduation Qualification Check-List and Oral Defense Recommendation Form".

- 填寫本系研究所應屆畢業生專業技能自我評量
- 安裝元智化材系通訊網APP並完成驗證

完成上述項目後，至個人portal點選「離校手續」選項內的「畢業離校」。go to the personal portal and click "For Graduation" in the " Leaving School" option
