Plasma surface engeering labaty was set up at 2007. Now we have seven master students. Now in our labaty the principal research is manufacturing process by low temperature plasma. We study surface characteristic of materials after treatment of nonthermal plasma examine the characteristic of production material & machine of reaction. 
The research field include: 
1. Atmospheric plasma of technology application. 
2. Low temperature plasma deposition. 
3. Plasma diagnosis. 
4. Plasma surface modification.
